Update plus a little BN Haul
Hi Friends! How have you've been? Sorry I have been missing in action, but December has definitely been a crazy month, and I'm not just saying it because of the holidays. I was sick in the beginning of this month, plus work has been crazy busy. This is my first year working the holidays in a office setting and from what I hear, this time of year, it is suppose to be slow, but for reason it is not. Work has been definitely keeping me on my toes, but enough of this work talk, let's get right into it.
I meant to have this haul up before Black Friday and Cyber Monday, since I knew I was going to go buy more books, but the picture I took for this... I felt way to proud of it for me not to show off. I know I am an amateur when it comes to blogging and photography, but if I feel proud of something I will definitely post it.
I only bought three books and of course I bought them on sale. I have already read "Rich People Problems" by Kevin Kwan and I must say, I wish the series was still going. I did get the vibe that Kwan was pretty much done with these characters, but I must know how Nick and Rachel live their lives. They are such a cute couple and I cannot get enough of them.
The other two books I must admit, they were impulses. Since "Rich People Problems" was on a BOGO, I decided to get "The 7 1/2 Death's of Evelyn Hardcastle" by Stuart Turton. I bought this book more on the let me get out of my comfort zone and read a mystery. I don't read mystery as often, but since it has a murder mystery to it, I decided why not.
I know I have raved about Hilderbrand in my last haul, but I could not pass this offer up. "What Happens in Paradise" was on my TBR list and when I saw it for 40% off, I was like YAS! I still have not read any of her books, but the title just seems so good, so I am sure it will not disappoint. Also I did not realize it was a part of a series, so of course, when I saw "Winter in Paradise" at Sam's Club I got it as well. Will show in a collective haul soon!
Hope you guys have a great day or night and I will do my best to get my life together and post more regularly. Let me know of any new books you have bought recently or if you have any suggestions of books for me to add to my collection, leave your suggestions down below. I would love to take a look at them!
